West London Property
This magnificent Mews House, located in West London, has been completely refurbished.
The project included the complete refurbishment of the property, the demolition and rebuilding of the Mews House, which is located in West London.
A new 650m³ basement was excavated and formed below the existing basement of the Mews House; works included major structural alterations, new services, basement pool, gym and media suite, the removal of the roof, which was replaced with a 5th floor Mansard construction and finishes throughout to a very high specification.
Phase 1 of the this project was completed over a 15 month programme, to the value of £5.3 million, with Architects, Jones Lambell and structural engineers, Elliott Wood Partnership, under a Design and Build contract.
The Phase 2 finishing package was a 12 month programme, to a value of £2 million with interior designers, Nina Campbell.
