We are Desertoak
Over the years, Desertoak Ltd has enjoyed a pattern of steady growth, gradually expanding its client base and benefiting from the experience gained from a wide variety of client types.
From inception to completion, each contract is carefully planned & individually tailored to suit the Client’s specific requirements.
At Desertoak we offer complete management of the project, from planning to handover.
Being a very diverse company, we have a wealth of Specialist Sub-Contractors giving us the ability to work competitively, to a high standard, in many different fields of work ranging from builders work in industrial locations to the full refurbishment of magnificent listed buildings.
Each project we undertake is staffed with a Project Contracts Manager, a dedicated Site Manager, Quantity Surveyor, as well as the office-based Administration and Purchasing team.
After completing projects, we often undertake maintenance on the properties which leads to further small works over the following years.
We have an excellent reputation with our existing Clients which, leads to repeat business and recommendations for new Clients.

Established since 1986 & located in the Cotswolds
Our location allows us to provide services to all areas of the country from our central office with excellent links to all major cities. As well as the traditional tendering of projects we also often find ourselves negotiating contracts with our clients and project managers.
