Desertoak was commissioned to carry out a high-end basement conversion on this impressive Grade II listed Cotswold house located in the village of Broadway.
The original basement to this impressive Grade II listed Cotswold home was in need of complete excavation and major structural alterations to ensure the conservation of this fabulous space.
The brief was to sympathetically restore and create a usable area for entertaining to include an extensive wine cellar, dining area, and en-suite.
Desertoak worked alongside a number of specialist decorators and artisan craftsmen to ensure that all construction and finishings throughout were of an extremely high standard.
